That's college for you dear. :P They don't suspend classes until the students are about to fly with the wind. Hehe. If you're in UST, classes would get suspended immediately, since it's always flooded there.

But then again, it better to have classes instead of none, because unlike high school, the teachers can just adjust the topics in the exams -- college isn't like that. Hehe.
