ahh this site has all sorts of portals. I found this in my referrals:

hamster fever

Woot! I can install an Invision board in less than 1 minute ( after uploading all the files). And finally, they have come out with Release candidate 1 today .Anyway, I moved the KCI boards to a new home. Clickety. Thanks to Christin for hosting the new site. I didn’t expect anyone to respond to my hosting request at Dodo’s Message Board cos I was asking like 30 MB . Christin is so sweet.

And speaking of themes, I added the hamster logo designed by Daynah at the Protagonist boards. That makes 8 yummy color themes .

hostage drama

There was a hostage drama just a few minutes away from where I live. Geesh, our police need to take more target shooting practice. In the process of killing the suspect, the 4 year old kid also got shot and died. Grr.

lost that feeling

Language is the reason why I lost my crush on Jeric (Jerry-apparently, his friends call him Jeric). He called me up last night and when my mom told me it was him I got really excited and hyper. But throughout the conversation, I could feel that “Oh my God, oh my God!” feeling slowly going away. By the time we had hung up, I felt absolutely nothing.[read more?]

I’m trying to learn Thai. My aunt lent us this book, “Teach Yourself Thai: a Complete Course for Beginners” . The pronounciation is really hard.

There are a few sounds in Thai that do not exist in English and even in Filipino . For example, bp. It is a single sound which is somewhere between a b sound and a p sound in English. How the heck should I pronounce that if I don’t know how it sounds?

You show the true meaning of the word “friends forever". You make very close friends that you will stick by when the going gets tough. Although your friendships have rocky times, you’ll always work it out. They know you’ll always be there for them.

*sighs* I don’t know what friendships mean anymore. This person whom I’ve loved and supported in like forever, hasn’t even kept in touch with me for months. I bet he’s having the fun of his life and totally forgot that I ever existed. What use is there for me now that he has gotten his dream, right?

And what about this other sicko who keeps spamming me that he wants to keep in touch. Yeah right, I thought he was a friend but he is actually a freaking pervert and attempted cybersex with Lele.

opera and mozilla

The Info Tech consultant at my dad’s office told me that most of the viruses that attacked my computer were downloaded from websites that hate Internet Explorer or something close to that. Ahhh. So I’m trashing IE . Right now, I’m using the latest Opera Version 6.03. It’s free but you have to live with the smaller browsing space and banner ad. But it’s really pretty when you use skins. They claim that you’ll have a faster browsing experience with Opera. I don’t see much difference. Okay so I figured I should also download mozilla. Oh geesh, I get lost with all those links. I couldn’t even find the DOWNLOAD MOZILLA here. Knowing geeks hang out at the Protagonist Chat, I knew for certain someone would show me the link. (Thanks Joe) So download Mozilla’s latest trunk. It takes forever to download but heck, I’ll wait it out.

I’m pathetic

Today was great. Know why? It’s actually kind of pathetic but after the entire freakin’ summer, I finally had a short conversation with my crush, Jerry. For those of you who don’t know, Jerry’s this Chinese guy in my review class I’ve been eyeing ever since April. I thought he’d never, ever talk to me because he seemed only interested in Chinese girls. I’m not saying he’s actually got a crush on me or anything but at least he acknowledges my existence! He knows that I’m alive. That’s more than I can say for most of the crushes I ever had (okay, okay, I’m really pathetic, I know).[read more?]

eating out

If somebody told me a couple of months ago that I’d actually be eating at McDonald’s with Nenok and Tin-Tin, two of my least favorite people in school, I’d have probably thought that person was insane. I guess it’s kind of a good thing that some of the people I dislike in school ended up with me in my review class. If they didn’t I would’ve still continued hating them and too much hate is bad for a person. They’re actually pretty decent people. I’m not so sure why I disliked them in the first place. [read more?]
