i felt like a geek

Hah. I can so relate to my domain’s latest theme “about a geek” . At computer class, I felt so geeky cos I did my VBscript in 10 minutes while everyone else was struggling with their code. And to top it all, I was wearing glasses and helping out the whole class. :nerd:

karma?

Jessie’s ex-boyfriend got murdered a week ago. Yikes. I remembered all the pain Jessie went through with that guy and now she thinks it could have been karma. Oh well, I believe in karma too. What comes around goes back to you.

debut

Woot! Senior year is a year full of formals, and I just got invited to my first debut today. A debut is a Filipino girl’s formal coming-of-age party, held when she turns eighteen. Early this evening, I was waiting for Angelica to call and immediately jumped up when I heard the phone rang. [read more?]

pain, pain, and more pain

At 8 AM today, we arived at the hospital for my biopsy/surgery. They wanted to know if I have some kind of disease that was intolerable to wheat, rye, barley, oats, flour, etc. So At 8:30 a nurse tried to put the IV In, but my veins were too small. Another nurse came in, stuck me TWICE with this numness (and it hurt like hell ) and they couldn’t get the IV in, so they finally put me under the gas mask. I have two marks on my arms where they finally put the IV in while I was sleeping. Thanks to the gas I’m tired, i’m peeing in my pants (nice eh?), I have a lot of gas, and I can’t eat any hard food so I got to live on pasta …….. why me?

Blah ne ways I’m going to go take a nap.. *yawn* too tired to think right now

about a geek

Finally after 4 months…a new layout! “About A Geek” is the 8th version of the-protagonist.net. The awesome illustration was done by talented artist, Jenn. I wonder if she meant the image to look like me. (view original artwork) However, the 3D effects and table-less layout was designed by me. BLOGGED still validates as XHTML 1.0 Strict . Anyway, as you might have known already, the-protagonist.net is a collective of all my sites and domains.

prom plans

My school has a prom! It’s not a sure thing yet, but the parents brought it up at yesterday’s PTA meeting and since the principal pretty much does everything the parents asks her to…yay! ^_^ My friends and I all agreed that we won’t go stag since it’s our first and last prom. That actually came as a surprise to me because last year, we said we’d all go stag because we’d probably feel awkward around our dates. [read more?]

Speaking of “our song", Perrin told me to listen to Jimmy Eat World ’s The Middle whenever I am down or miserable. I thought he meant another song but I had “The Middle” on my tracklist since summer. Coincidentally, it’s my current ringtone, which I composed myself.
