Poor dad
My dad is now a government official (appointee) . If the President of the Philippines’ salary is around 57,000 pesos a month (roughly $1,000), then you can imagine how much dad earns. One has to be a martyr to be in the Philippines’ government these days or is it love of country?

Goodness!!!! Do people in general earn really little in the Philippines Lauren? I earn more than your Dad delivering mail here.
yup, low wages over here but I understand as a private lawyer, he earns lots more than that.
